The National Diet Library held a symposium in September, entitled “Building on the 'Digital Shift' – Implications for the future in the Library of Congress' new strategic plan”.
Mr. J. Mark Sweeney, Principal Deputy Librarian of Congress spoke about the efforts to achieve its strategic plan.
